why does she care?

Well she cares because she has an opinion, is a woman, an author that is used to being heard, so she voices it. I mean if I don't want to call biological men women, that should be my right. We need to set some boundaries where your right to be offended ends my right to speak the truth.
On the other hand I actually understand that men that want to identify as women feel discriminated against. I will never believe a biological man will know what it is actually like to be a woman. Different body parts, upbringing, hormones, even the fucking brain structure is different between men and women. However, they want to participate in female culture. Wear female clothing, makeup, behave like a woman, sexually or socially. I understand that need to belong in a certain culture and trans women have their own culture and rules and will be offended sometimes if you remind them they are actually, maybe not culturally but biologically, men. So in this matter, if I can improve some guys day by calling him a madam, I have no problem. Do I still think that's a dude living a cultural fantasy, yes I do.

Have you read the article Hownos?

That’s what this whole thread is about, after all.

You started this thread asking why she cares. Have you bothered to take 15 minutes to answer your own question?

I’ll link it for you again because it seems like you need a bit of guidance:

I can't speak for her, but I am in line with her beliefs on the issue.

Trans people think they are something they are not and force society to accept it. They believe they can control who is and isn't comfortable with being in the same bathrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms as them. I have an even bigger issue with people like Fallon Fox, Mary Gregory, and Jaycee Cooper. That shit is fucking madness. Think whatever you want about yourself, they deserve to live their life in peace, but competing against real women in sports? Insanity.

Especially since she's bothered about Philosopher's Stone being called Sorcerer's Stone, think she'd understand a lil better
