The movie sucked. He nailed Superman. Plus he has a very Supermanesque face

I thought he was fine. I had more of a problem with Kate Bosworth being horribly miscast at Lois. The script was a bit ridiculous and scattered, too.

Kate was miscast, totally agreed. She just wasn't right for Lois. Agreed about the script too.

Brandon was the least of this film's problems. The problem was in the hands of Bryan Singer and the screenwriters. Brandon was clearly instructed to ape Christopher Reeve as much as possible, seeing how they didn't even try to break new ground with this franchise and just make it one big tribute to the Donner/Reeve films. If Brandon was given better material to work with, he probably would've been better received. All things considered, I thought he did a very good job.
