Dishonored - Wallace Higgins

This may have been brought up before, but I didn't see it anywhere. So I've been playing the game Dishonored for the first time, which has a handful of big and small Hollywood names listed as the voice actor cast. There's a character named Wallace Higgins who for some reason is not named anywhere that I could find, but is one of the main group of characters that you see throughout the game. I'm 100% convinced it's Brandon Routh, and he also voiced a lot of the NPC's that walk around (mainly during a ballroom party sequence), yet he doesn't seem to be credited anywhere.

Anyone else catch this? If not, thought his fans might like to know that he's in the game! I have very little doubt that it's him.
