helping out on Staten Island

I'm watching NBC's coverage of the victims and losses from Hurricane Sandy. In a report from devastated Staten Island, I saw a man and thought it could be Theo. It was the shape of the bald head that drew my attention. He did not turn fully to the camera. This man was helping to give out food or clothes. Seeing that Theo is from Staten Island, I do really wonder if it was him. Best wishes to him and his family and all those on the East Coast of the USA that were devastated by this natural disaster.

it really might've been. According to his twitter, he's been all over helping out in the city.

At least someone is. Can't find Obama or the federal government helping out.

Yes, it was most likely him. I went to high school with him and I know a lot of people from then who are friends with him who started a group together called Staten Strong which does relief work for Sandy victims.

There has been a lot of pictures of him and others fixing houses around the island.
