Girlfriends reminds me nothing of S&TC, although I never watched that show but a few glimpses. It was more to me like Living Single, minus the testosterone.
Tracee isn't a total butterface; she has her moments (look at the IMDb profile photo). And honestly, I don't find anything on Sarah Jessica Parker appealing. Its not like she has a nice body, certainly not like Tracee.
