The Pennsylvannia appeals court and supreme court both agreed that the actions the PA SoS state took violated the state constitution (which should have made the election null and void), but what the state supreme court did was copout and say it was "too late to issue a remedy" . Twenty plus state AGs signed on to the Texas lawsuit. They wouldn't have done that if there wasn't merit to the case. The truth of the matter is that no podunk judges (or SC judges for that matter) wants all the fire that will come with tossing a presidential election due to fraud.

After reading this, it is interesting that elections officials in Maricopa county (which uses Dominion) are fighting a forensic audit tooth and nail. The only explanation I can think of as to why they are doing it is because they know fraud would be found. If it was all above board, would think they would welcome an audit.
