Apart from his lead role as Henry Moores in 2007 in the movie Before The Rains, does anyone know if he had previously appeared in another film set in India ?

In the interview he did for the DVD for Before The Rains, he said that he had previously played the lead role in another film set in India but he didn't say what film it was.

I don't know if it was even released on DVD. There are quite a few of his films that are only released in limited markets and I'm not sure if they're released on DVD either. Near as I can tell, the movie he filmed this summer (supercapitalist) looks as though it will only be released in Hong Kong.

According to his bio in IMBD, he took 18 months off acting and went to India to study meditation. I sense a deep spiritual persona in him (it comes out in the film: Priest. Perhaps he doesn't have an aggressive agent to get him some prize roles that he deserves!
