I saw him on an elevator

This guy held the door open for my friends in a building around 30th and 8th. None of my friends noticed, but when he passed me as I was walking out I said, "where do I know you from?"
Linus: Law and Order?
Me: Nope
Linus: Was it recent?
Me: Where do I know you from?!
Linus: a sci-fi movie?
Me: No...
(doors start to close)
Me: wait dont go!
Linus: was it recent? the forgotten? the 2006 movie with Julianne moore.
Me: No... dammit, ill probably remember later. Well have a great day.
(a minute later in the parking garage)
Me: *beep* Wings of the Dove! That's what he was in!
Then everyone stares at me. and fade out...

Hah saw him on the 30th today, but he was going towards 7th. I was like did a double take and was like to myself "is that the dude from Law and Order".

i, too, was fortunate enough to meet mr. roache in person near 28th / 7th about a year ago

having been a fan since seeing his fine performance in ' priest ' in the mid-90's, so it was a pleasant surprise to cross paths and have the opportunity to exchange brief polite conversation upon his exit and my entrance into the wa-mu branch

the screen [ large or small ] does him no justice as he is, indeed, a very handsome man -- with terrific manners, to boot [ ! ]

You really shouldn't have said anything when you didn't remember where you'd seen him from, rather than embarrassing him like that.

How rude:( "This guy"? He's a respected English actor. I've known him since "Priest" and he was brilliant in it.
