...but I cant for the life of me figure out from where. Has he voiced any computer games recently? I cant find any in his repertoire. Maybe his voice is eerily similar to someone else who have voiced computer games... If thats the case, any idea who? This is bugging me to no end!

Hes just flat out a great actor. Few Brits can do an American accent like Roache. Want to hear his regular Brit accent? See him on Vikings. See him in Chronicles of Riddick. Otherwise you'd never know he was from the U.K. Accents or not the guy is just brilliant. And playing opposite an American icon like Sam Waterston, you'd better be good or it will show right away.
After seeing him in Law and Order I knew he was great and Dick Wolf was brilliant for hiring him.
