Naya Rivera full autopsy revealed

The toxicology report revealed that Naya "had low-level amounts of amphetamine (Adderall, Dexedrine), diazepam, ethanol and phentermine (an appetite suppressant) in her system," plus caffeine, when she died. Her blood alcohol concentration was 0.016 and it is believed that she drank some White Claw while on the boat.
