Since his Indiana Jones days , he sure has made a lot of crap.
Especially those really bad low budget b rates on the Sci-Fi Channel

Yes, I have definitely watched a lot of crap lately just in order to see his performance. But there are some nice movies in between, although mostly not first-rate. And sometimes he plays great comic villains like the King Fastrad in one of those dragon movies - really fun to watch even in a quite bad story.

shareWhenever I see he's in a new movie, I am always hoping 'please don't let it be another stupid movie' like Medium Raw: Night of the Wolf. They always show that crap on TV. I have yet to see it but I will since it has John Rhys-Davies in it.

shareEvery actor/actress makes their share of stinkers. Even Olivier made some bad choices (Inchon anyone?). Still, he has made a pretty large number. I guess he either needed the money, or he really likes to work. Of course, he might also be a little too trusting of the abilities and intentions of those who are making the crap.

I feel the same way. Any film time with Davies is film time well spent, regardless of the quality of the film itself!
