3 great films in a row!

With Cloverfield, Let Me In and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Reeves is now one of my favorite directors. I wrote a post for my movie blog talking about each of the films and how Reeves’ direction was instrumental in the film’s success. I’m so excited that he’s making the 3rd Planet of the Apes film and I’m hoping we can get a great trilogy out of this franchise.

Yep it is like his film career has reset itself (his early films before going to tv where awful), but since returning to film he has done a terrific job with everything thus far.

Mostly agree. I need to give Cloverfield another chance I guess...didn't care for it.

But Let Me In and DotPotA are awesome.

Not a Cloverfield fan, but I definitely agree. He's a very talented director.

Cloverfield sucked. But that might had been because of the horrible writing. Didn't See "Let me In". But Dawn of the Planet of the Apes was great.

I thought that let me in was a horrible unneeded remake. I like Chloe Moretz but I thought the movie was not very good. Plus it came out in 2010 less than a year after the original.
