I obviously don't know for sure. But my guess is this. She is now a woman. She is no longer the 15 year old girl when S1 aired. She's a woman now and she's filled out. I wasn't as skinny as Molly when I was a teenager but I was thin once I hit about 19/20 (Molly's) age, I filled out. Most girls do. That is my guess on her "weight gain" that people keep speculating about. She's not a girl anymore she's a woman.

hey i may be a guy but believe me women with thick buff curvy in them make's them hot she is not present she just gained pounds i am not saying she's fat but some women in my guess just think they need a little weight you know how some guys like women with the more built and when there older if blocked wrinkles look at Beckett for example look how hot she looks and she has the body and weight of Jennifer Anderson.
