I always really liked Vincent Schiavelli as well. Then there's Mackenzie Crook, who played Gareth in the original version of The Office and whom DJ Qualls kind of looks like. And Tom Hardman, an up-and-coming young British actor best known for the Lee Ingleby film Our Zoo.

Actually, I find "fugly" actors really pretty interesting, and far from "fugly."
