She's a great actress. I'm surprised that she doesn't get offered many movie roles. Does it not help that she's part asian? I could see her having a lead role in an action movie much like she's doing with Nikita.

Really?? That's a shame. Both Lyndsey Fonseca and Shane West, who play probably the 2 most important roles in the show next to Maggie, have been able to do other movie projects as well as Nikita. *shrugs*
It could also be that she does get offers, but she hasn't read a script that interests her enough? I remember watching an interview where she said that as an Asian actress in Hollywood, it's hard to not get typecast. She loves Nikita because her ethnicity never comes into play.
She is super-busy with Nikita, she is the title character and the success of the show falls on her shoulders. It seems like she doesnt even have time to go out, filming 22 episodes out of the year is very taxing especially for an insanely action-driven show Nikita is...
