A woman in her late 30s who (IMO) does look a few years older than that, say 42 or so, is hardly an old lady. Are you one of those people who thinks that any woman who doesn't look 25 is ancient or are you simply young enough yourself that anyone over 30 is "old" to you? (Oh, and does that standard apply to both men and women or only women?)
