Should Have Stayed in England

She was so good in her British roles.....not as exciting in the American crap.

Looking back over her IMDB filmography, she was actually in a bunch of stuff i saw at the time, but she never registered with me (Renford Rejects in particular - that was a great show).

In the US, she got typecast (shocking!) to an extent but she's been in a bunch of interesting shows (The Class - I liked it!) and movies. The movies in particular, she was pretty much typecast as a snotty brat, but she played the roles with gusto. ((.99% of actors never get seen on a US TV so, she's done okay.

She's not the first British acting talent, that probably sees been a bit part player in Hollywood films and TV been better for her career then been leads in British TV shows. She still works British TV, but mostly sticks to American work. If she probably stuck to TV shows in the UK, I think she would have been a bigger name and star but alas it's her career choice and she hasn't done bad, maybe typecast but I'm sure her bank balance looks better.
