help -- her grandmother or not?

This week a friend pointed us to this on YouTube. A clip from Groucho Marx's 1950s show, with a great performer named Lord Buckley.

The woman next to him is mentioned in this "Top Comment":

"That's supposedly Amy Poehler's grandmother coincidentally appearing with Lord Buckley! You can see the resemblance."


Well, I do, but I just spent some time trying to see if there is such a "Jerri Chapman" in her background. She says she was an Air Force wife, raising her family of military children as they move everywhere in the country, that sounds like the kind of environment that might produce an Amy a generation (15 years) later.

Wikipedia states her parents as "Eileen Frances (née Milmore) and German American William Grinstead Poehler", so if one was ever a "Chapman", can't tell from that. IMDB has even less.

I'm doubtful, but she does resemble her.
