Hoping for Pitt's Comeback

This was a talented guy who was getting a lot of unusual indie roles in the 00's. He was pegged to star as Damian Eacholes in a fictionalized version of the Paradise Lost child murders in West Memphis, Arkansas. I was disappointed the project fell through because Pitt would have been ideal for the role and even resembled Eacholes. I have heard the accounts of how difficult he was on the set of Boardwalk Empire, but much of that sounded like substance abuse problems that can be corrected if he is willing to go sober. I hope he's gotten his head glued on straight and will start giving interesting performances in good films again.
