Because you are being willfully ignorant. Science has shown us that transgender people have the brain of the gender they believe they are. So you are slamming someone for feeling like a man because their brain is wired like a man. It’s not a delusion, it’s a fact and most people are now educated about this but you refuse to learn about this so that you can feel better about mocking him.
