I am a big believer in freedom of speech and the market place of ideas, so for me, blocking is a last resort. I usually only do to it for paid schills (of which there are tens of thousands of, particularly on large sites like Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit) or people who only want to be offensive. I have deemed you to be a real person expressing your own (misguided) opinions, so from a principled standpoint, I cannot justify blocking you, no matter how much you annoy me with your staggering ignorance of the world around you. You have consistently demonstrated an inability to make an argument that I, or most anyone else here, can take seriously, but you continue to embarrass yourself regardless. I haven't given much credence to the Dunning-Krueger effect, but my interactions with you have made me reconsider.
