Will "He" heighten?

Meaning will he enlengthen his legs? They do that they break them off and create space between the bones and the bones kinda grow between the gap. Very painful. But you can add a good 2-3inches im told. "He" will then go from 5'1 to about 5'4 which is still a manlet but its better than being 5'1. I mean if he's getting a penur he might as well do this as well right?
