I came out an openly LGBTQ+ latino the day that Ellen announced she was now "Elliot" Page.

If Ellen has "always" been a guy and this is merely his "true self" after years of suppressing it, then I can't help having the hots for another dude. "Elliot" is cute as hell and is an adorable little 5'1" powerhouse.

Have you had a look at the thread titles for literally any female actor's page on this site?
You'll be hard pushed to find a thread NOT about her looks.
The vast majority started by non gay teenage boys , or grownups with teenage mentalitys

She will never have an actual penis though. You can grow and shape some type of skin sock to hang down there but it will never be anything close to an actual penis.
