In the current Hollywood climate, I have little doubt WHOEVER they pick to replace Daniel Craig will be 10X worse than him and totally inappropriate for the role (which is particularly disturbing when you keep in mind that Craig himself was an awful Bond and miscast in the role).

So given the above fact, I'd say Elliot Page has a shot at the role.
