He was just everywhere in 1960s and 1970s television. My strongest memory of him is in Mission: Impossible, he was in 3 episodes.

I saw him in The Harder They Fall from 1956 a few days ago. Hard to believe he is still alive.

I remember him as a guest star in many TV productions and he's was good but I don't know where his 'stardom' came from. Perhaps he had a big stage career but if someone was not big in films or TV that kind of reputation is lost - unless you are an actor or read a lot of biographies.
