... almost never matches the movies of shows I "kniw" an actor for. There might be 1 out of the three that totally fits, and the other two are familiar enough movies(even if I don't remember the actor being in them), but I usually have one or two different roles, sometimes all 3.
shareI can only see that info in mobile app. on PC, i use the old IMDB design which i like best. that doesen't have this feature, but much easier to find info about a movie instead.
shareYep... I hate the new design. I was one of the very vocal people, and it was great when they came up with the option to get the old layout. BUT... On mobile it works great, and I would love to have the "Known For" list with my old-school IMDB layout. It's the only new feature I like.
shareYes. The new design is really bad, because most is hidden. On old design, everything is directly accessible on left menu.
Best known for is not an important feature at all, but i always look at it on mobile version. Mobile app is great, but the similar don't work well on PC due to lack of proper menu.
What were they thinking? Changing a user friendly design, and make it far worse?
I recently tried new design again for fun, but were forced to switch back to old.
Its very nice of IMDB to keep the old design after all these years after redesign.
