I enjoyed hot fuzz.. Was funny also...and maybe slightly biased because I grew up near Wells...so was cool seeing Wells watching the movie.
Anyway my point is... The films Simon peg are in.. Can be funny movies...but Simon peg alone really is not funny...he tries to act funny...but even that doesn't work for me...
Anyone else have a thought on this
Yeah. He overacts. Even the really simple short lines he is given in the likes of your Mission Impossible movies he manages to ruin by hamming it up too much. I guess simple people maybe like him. Blame Hollywood for still casting him though when I'm sure there are better comedic actors for the roles he is given. I kinda wish Shaun of the Dead was never made so Hollywood would have taken no notice of him.
