Needs to get his own show

Mad Men, Desperate Housewives, Gossip Girl, The Event... I love this guy but he needs to have his own show, where he doesn't only pop in for a couple of episodes. Just as I'm starting to get intrigued by the characters he's playing, he's gone. I think he's definitely charismatic enough to be a lead or the antagonist.
