That's pretty insulting and based on nothing. Clive Owen's been around for decades how do you know they "just discovered" him? I would've much rather had him last go-round than Craig and would still like to see him do it even at 50. Statham would suck as Bond. That's part of why I never liked the Craig movies (besides Craig looking more like a washed-up luckiest than a suave super-spy). The first one basically started with a long, physical foot chase/ fight scene and I thought oh great. They're making a Jason Statham movie starring James Bond. Because they decided that's what's popular now.

I thought Clive Owen would make a great James Bond since I saw him in "The Croupier" wearing tuxedo and acting more suave, tough, smart and cool than Denial Craig ever did.
