Just the thought of Kaitlin's face as Sweet Dee whenever she retches is enough to send me into paroxysms of laughter.
I'm not sure, but I think one of the first times she does it in It's Always Sunny is the episode where they all have to "walk in each others shoes" and she does stand up . . . dear god I almost Lizzed.
