What did ya watch her in




"You're an idiot." - Irisa Nolan, Defiance (2013)

Her performance in Martha, Marcy, May, Marlene is as strong as any performance by a young actress working today.

She can act just fine, atleast for those of us that pay attention to the emotional resonance involved in a performance.

Except for Martha... I have to agree. Haven't given up on her. Maybe she has just been miscast since then??

She was perfect as Scarlet Witch both as a villain and a hero, she conveyed the compassion of the character she was playing in Oldboy, Godzilla didn't give her a whole lot to do but she put as much heart into the performance as possible, Silent House was a tremendous acting vehicle that she carried very well where she camera was focused on her throughout with her believably conveying a great deal of fear and trauma...

Martha, Marcy, May, Marlene is what stands out the most, but she's far from sub par in other films.

If you think her acting in most of her films qualifies as "bad," then you consider yourself bad to have never been exposed to what truly bad acting actually looks like.
