Full House / Star Search

I was doing my fifteenth watch through of Full House when I saw Steve Oedekerk on the episode where Joey goes on Star Search (S3 E6). IMDB shows he was a Comedian Challenger/Champion on Star Search in 1984. I found this both nostalgic and interesting! I would think something like being on Star Search would be on one's wiki page but it is not. OMG - will this be my first wiki edit?!?
