Interesting...

I had questioned why his hand looked weird in Notes on a Scandal. Like when he would rake his hair back. It was very noticeable to me. Anyway, no big deal. I was just curious.I assumed he was missing fingers by amputation or birth defect. He has a hand condition called "Dupuytren's contracture". I thought it was interesting. I'm not being critical of him by any means. He's wonderful in the movie and very distinguished looking, as always.
