Just saw TPR in Seattle

I'm just back from seeing The Pretty Reckless at the Showbox Sodo in Seattle, and holy *beep* they were amazing. The band was tight and dialed in, they played with high energy, and Taylor completely delivered on vocals. Channeling equal parts AC/DC, Alice In Chains and Janis Joplin with total commitment and confidence, it was like this was what she was born to do - it's hard to believe she was ever an actress, she seemed so at home on the stage. She's a genuinely talented singer with great vocal tone and range, and she's totally living the dream. As a 30-year musician myself, I'm in awe of what she's accomplishing at such a young age. TPR is truly carrying a torch for old school rock and roll, and I have a feeling they're going to be relevant for a long time to come.

Is she still performing in just the cross shaped body paint?

That's a shame, she rocked that look. I always figured she was working toward performing nude. I love that she is one of the few younger people still keeping rock alive. She is an amazing singer and I hate that you don't hear much about her anymore.
