Looks his age in a good way. Hardly like many 40 year old men look like him, but you'd guess him late 30s/40.

It's the beard.

Yeah I think the grizzly beard ages him, although he still looks better than most guys who have an aging beard! I'm not a fan of the beard. But I still think he's hot; never occurred to me about what age he looks, oddly enough.
