There wouldn't be much of a problem if they (Marvel) had hired some C-list TV actor to play the role of this Kaecilus guy. But Mads Mikkelsen deserves way better than that. They should've made him Dormammu and save him for future movies.

I did not say anything about the character which he played (although, the character was awful, just like any terrible MCU villain).

Civil War disagrees with you. The entire premise of that movie revolves around manipulations of one villain who turns heroes against each other because they're too stupid to see the elephant in the room.
