Watching Stephen Merchant perform and listening to him discuss his work is a breath of fresh air. He's brilliant, hilarious, and so very appealing. I look forward to future projects and I wish I lived in the UK.

I just finished watching the Office finale with the commentary and I will just say this....I watched it with the curtains drawn but no, it was not daylight, but a dark midnight and I will always be interested in a "tight with money, desperate bloke, tall and glasses wearing" gent like Stephen Merchant.

He´s perfect for his character on Extras.
I thought he has a West Country accent. Not surprised he´s from Bristol.
I´m from there but now live in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
¨Extras¨ is shown weekly on TV here. ;)

Going to see him in Southend, I can't wait, been to see Ricky but so so so excited about this!
I dont get why he doesnt have a girlfriend, I think he's lovely and deserves someone who can (reach up) and hug him often :)

I saw a one of his warm up dates earlier in the year. It's brilliant, you'll love it!

I agree. I love him! Oh and here's a little tip for you....now I don't know if he'll include this in his actual tour, but at the very end of the show he pick a man and a woman from the audience to join him on stage to act out a play that he's written, so if you're quick enough to volunteer then you could be on stage with him! Sadly I was too much of a coward to do it! But i mght brave it this time if he does it again!

that sounds like my idea of a nightmare haha but for him I would do it!!! Once in a lifetime opportunity and all that lol
