do those annoying voiceover adverts? the guy is a millionaire thanks to the office, extras, the podcasts, an idiot abroad, cemetary junction and all the movies and other shows. so why does he need to do this work, you dont see ricky doing it, it just seems silly that an award winning writer and actor needs to do this annoying stuff

Voice over work takes far less time and pays a lot. Why wouldn't anyone want to do that. As someone mentioned above, it's money for old rope.
Also, with the Podcasts, Rick and Steve supposedly gave away their share to Karl because he didn't have a job at the time of recordings and it was the only way he would do the podcasts.

I don't think that's true and if it is that's true as they never charged for the first series then every series after that they charged a pound per episode if they gave every pound to karl for all the following series he woul dhave been a millionaire within a year or two, im sure they split it three ways
