Greatest villain actor of his generation

I completely disagree. He's just too smug but hardly intimidating or able to inject any fear. Just smug.

To me, that's what makes him a good villain. You want to see him get beat up for his smugness.

He was awesome as Robert Quarles on season 3 of Justified & he was excellent as Rusty Patton on season 1 of Public Morals hopes he comes back & he is realty nailing it as Damien Darhk on season 4 of Arrow.
