For the longest time I thought he was...

The actor, David Morse from Green Mile! Anyone else think that?

reply

LOL. I can kind of see it

Why want you always compare people? Each person is unique and it is that which makes his personality. Neal is Neal and nobody other just as you are unique too

Lol, thank you for the caring speech, but I wasn't comparing the two actors. I was simply saying that I've mistaken the two for each other on numerous occasions. Not making any judgments of the actor's personal character.

I think it was a legitimate question. I agree, there's just some actors who remind me of others. I love it that you can come here to see if others agree. I don't, however, see a resemblance between these two guys.

I was happy to find this guy, love using the internet for trivia, in the old days, one was just lost and had to obsess forever sometimes. I've been trying to think of this guys name, could only describe him as blonde with a devious, blinding smile. The other night, I saw him on "Walking Tall" and was thrilled to solve the dilema.

Now Johnny Depp and Skeet Ulrich (if I spelled it right), were two who I thought should play brothers. Sort of on topic.

reply

Well, other than the fact that David Morse is probably twice McDonough's size I guess I can see it.

And for the record, Skeet Ulrich always seemed like a cheap imitation of Johnny Depp because while they do look alike, Depp is the far superior actor. Plus, Ulrich was the number one most obvious screen villain of all time from his first scene in Scream. The second killer was the surprise.

reply

Maybe, but Skeet totally rocked on one of my favorite movies, "Chill Factor." With him as the smart aleck versus Cuba Gooding, Jr, that's a perfect partnership!

Wolverine: Hey hey, it's me.
Cyclops: Prove it.
Wolverine: You're a dick.
Cyclops: Ok.

when i see their photos together,i don't know how i could have ; but i thought neal was ray liotta. i guess it's their light colored eyes, that's all i can think was fooling me.

reply

I just saw The Langoliers on TV the other night and thought of Neal when David Morse came on the screen - so I totally agree with you.

I like both actors very much.
