No, it was 15 years ago on January 31st that Family Guy premiered.
According to Seth, there's "no end in sight", while I suspect it'll end sooner rather than later, there's at least a 13th season.

For real, two of my favorite things dropped on January 30, 1999; Family Guy and Silent Hill..
