I figure something like 3-6 months. Her crimes were more egregious than Huffman's, and while it may not matter, it's pretty obvious she doesn't feel like she did anything wrong and her daughter is obviously promoting some pretty bad optics, which probably will contribute to the idea that more punishment is in order.

They'll probably send her to FPC Alderson (which is a minimum security "camp") where Martha Stewart went to prison. It's in West Virginia, so it's got the remoteness factor which works for her (ie, less sympathy publicity) but also against her (out of the way enough she won't get as much visitation).

She'll be there long enough to get assigned some shitty prison work assignments, like cleaning the staff toilets and heavy yard and landscaping. Supposedly there's a job involving sweeping a road, and once a truck drives over it, it has to be swept again. It's like a Sisyphus punishment, a job you can't get ahead on.

Maybe her good looks will save her from a lengthy stay

They'll give her some butch prison haircut and the food will ruin her carefully managed complexion.

Both her and Huffman will really hate the full body cavity search during admissions.

I'm sure they'll get the most hard-ass matron to perform those. Nothing like being a Hollywood star and then having some government prison worker jam their fingers in your ass.

Porked.

I have no doubt that Loughlin would love to revisit the original deal the prosecution offered, but she's in too deep now. The deal is off the table and she's going to lose the case.

I think 6 months is fair along with a hefty find and a ton of community service. I mean, this wasn't a crime of violence, it was a crime of privilege in trying to get her kids better seats in a restaurant.

I sat on a jury where the drug dealer pleaded down a drug and gun charge to literally nothing. 20 years for slipping the maître d' a bone for a better table?

Now predict how many days she will ACTUALLY serve. I believe in you!

reply
