Eva just told TMZ there is no divorce.

I don't think Mario Lopez won't be sorry either.

I'm really surprised that it lasted this long. They really had nothing in common, spent a lot of time apart, and had about zero chemistry when seen together.

She spends most of her free time with other Latinos in the Hollywood community. I have seen more pix of her with Mario Lopez in the last three years than pix with her and Tony. Not that there's anything wrong with her having her friends, her crowd, even a bunch of male friends. But it was clear that Tony was not a part of her core group of friends.

Allegations of Tony's infidelity started with their freaking wedding! Remember he supposedly hit up a bridesmaid (or some other member of the wedding party) for her phone number? Add to that the fact that he's always on the road, with a LOT of attractive women around, all willing for low- or no-commitment sex.

Something struck me as not quite right with them from the very beginning. I think she had a major desire to get married once she got past 30 years old, and I think he wanted a hot trophy wife.

But mostly it's that they seemed to have their own lives, and their marriage rarely intersected in between those separate lives.
