What studio is crazy enough to work with this guy?
Based on his inability to get to a final cut in Margaret and all the lawsuits involved, who would be crazy enough to back any future projects (whether studio or independent)?

shareWhat director is crazy enough to work with this studio? All that fuss over theatrical length...
shareIm honestly surprised that Fox Searchlights would not allow a 3 hour cut. Isn´t this a studio that does not limit it´s directors and their creativity?

This is a highly well crafted motion picture and you don't find that too often in the market these days. The story, the screen play, the cast, the cinematography ,the editing, the production design ,the sound design, the sound editing, the sound mixing and the music, all carry the mark of excellence . Hats off to the director of this work, he beautifully managed to weave all these talents involved and come up with a masterpiece . In my rating, this film is one of the best ten films ever made in history of cinema.
