Most out of control female celebrity ever?

She had to have been the number one most hard core drug addict and alcoholic in the industry of female gender in the 2000's and 2010's. This woman smoked meth for years. She was also a sex addict an slept with nearly 100 men (or more) before she was even 21 as the story goes. And of course she did women too. Went to jail multiple times, crashed cars and committed crimes like stealing from high end jewelry stores. Full on alcoholic too.

The were a couple starlets from her generation who were out of hand but nothing like her. How is she still alive? Her British equivalent would be Amy Whinehouse but that woman is dead. Even so, based on what I heard Lindsay still used drugs more than Amy. I'm surprised she's still here.
