huge birthmark on leg

for those like me coming to this board for confirmation, but it seems nobody else has noticed. i was first wondering if it was a birthmark or a tattoo but am now sure its a birthmark. still think he's hot though. i just worry if maybe medically it should get some attention.

I noticed it when he was in the series This Life. So yes I thought it was a tattoo and then I realized it was a huge birthmark. I sure hope it isn't a mole.
