I remember seeing him on SCTV in the 80s, then he started popping up in movies all over the place. Club Paradise, National Lampoon Vacation, Armed and Dangerous. I always thought he was really funny, and not so bad on the eyes IMOHO. Chicks did funny guys, that's all there is to it.

Well, yes I suppose I have been watching EL for a while now, being that I am an old lady and all. And yes, I did see "The Man", and found it quite amusing, Eugene's character was very charming in that typical inept manner most of his charactes have. There is a running(no pun intendtd) gag in there about when his character eats meat he gets some rather powerful gas. It's funny if you like that kind of bathroom humor. A lot of people didn't think this particular movie was funny at all, and express that sentiment quite passionately on the message board for the movie, but it was a fluffy bit of movie whose job was only to entertain, and for me it did. You should see it!

el is not very famous around here(the place i live)
people think he is over-acting.. my bro thinks that too..
but i disa-gree.. last movie of his i saw was Cheaper By The Dozen2..
which was amazing... his acting was amazing in it..

El is not really very famous here either...but he has some what of a cult following. Those who love him love him for the over acting,cheesy jokes, and crazy faces,those eyebrows...and there are those who hate him for exactly those reasons.

i think this guy would have been a super-star if only he was regosnised in the early years... when he was young.. E.G. Harrison Ford And Clint Eastwood..
