Yeah, he was awesome on Studio 60. I've always found it odd that he seems to play the exact same character in every movie he's in but he's obviously capable of doing alot more.

Indeed he was excellent.

Gene has definitely been the most successful actor the past decade (still counting his American Pie paychecks, well done sir).

Runners up: Rick Moranis and Martin Short, each very successful in their own right (RIP John Candy).

And of course Harold Ramis who directed Caddy Shack (one of the most entertaining iconic 80s movies) and has a co-staring role in the upcoming Ghostbusters revamp with Bill and Dan that will churn out millions of box office bling.
