Honestly, I think he makes silly films for fun. He's been acting for 30+ years and has made millions and millions, especially from Best in Show. I think that after decades of making "real" movies and earning MILLIONS, he's now in his 60s and has decided that while he doesn't NEED the work, he doesn't wish to sit at home and be bored.

So I think that he accepts roles that are fun or funny and don't require a big time commitment on his part.

I really think he just does it for fun and to be not quite retired.

I agree with punk girly. Look @ the work he's done. I'm sure he dose not have to work a day in his life of he doesn't want to & dose it for fun & to make people laugh.
