Question about Storm Shadow cutting the bullet with his ninja sword

Hi,

I saw the movie GI Joe Retalitation and I liked it very much because I liked The trailer on IMDB and than I saw the movie 2 or 3 times. I saw the part where he cut the bullet with his sword and I was wondering how he had the speed to do it.
